Part of any TQM cycle is to stop and check. Is what you are getting really what you want? Or need? Quite often the selection process brings to light desires and needs that may not have been obvious initially. Priorities of what an institution is looking for may change as well. Before you take the final plunge, be sure to stop and make sure this is what you really want - and don't be afraid to say "No". If it isn't right now, it will only get worse.
